Hasan has been in the legal profession since 2006 and has an understanding of Middle Eastern legal systems and jurisprudence.
His practice with the Firm focuses on commercial transactional work involving review, drafting and negotiation of commercial and financial contractual documentation including banking facility agreements, construction and infrastructure contracts as well as media, agency, distribution and marketing agreements. He also advises on regulatory framework for foreign investment, infrastructure and property development, telecommunications, free zones, custodianship laws, IP rights, consultancy agreements, health, safety and environment, public tenders and awards, real estate, labour law and corporate laws and regulations.
He is also involved in international commercial arbitrations and court litigation matters with a particular focus on construction and infrastructure disputes with intensive input on the preparation and finalisation of pleadings, notes and legal briefs.
He holds an LLB degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Islamic Law from Alexandria University, Egypt and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
Hasan is fluent in Arabic and English.
