Mahmoud has been in the legal profession since 2013. He has worked as a contract administrator and financial consultant in Canada since 2010 and subsequently in 2013 joined a leading regional law firm in Qatar where he advised on civil and commercial law matters.
His practice with the Firm focuses on financial and commercial advisory involving reviewing, drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Carleton University in Ottawa, a Diploma in Islamic Finance from the Academy of International Modern Studies in Kent, and two Master degrees in General Management from Harvard University in Cambridge, and Islamic Law from Middlesex University in London.
He is fluent in Arabic and English.
