Nevine has been in the legal profession since 2004. Prior to joining Sultan Al-Abdulla & Partners, she was with one of the leading international banks in Egypt, focusing on corporate and banking transactional matters. She has extensively worked and advised on cross border transactions and high ranking syndication files. Nevine has also worked and advised on treasury transactions and products, and anti-money laundry and compliance.
Her practice with the Firm focuses on corporate and commercial advisory and dispute resolution work, including legal research, drafting legal opinions and submissions, and reviewing, drafting and negotiation of contracts.
Nevine holds a LLB from Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne, and has a Master’s Degree in Business International Law from Cairo University in cooperation with Paris Dauphine. She is currently preparing her LLM in Commercial Law with the University of Edinburgh and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
She is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
