Reduced Working Hours For People With Special Needs

Recently, the Civil Service and Governmental Development Bureau (“CSGDB”) announced a reduction of one hour in the working hours of people with special needs. The reduction in working hours was made pursuant to Article 73 of the Executive Regulations of the Civil Human Resources Law (Law No. 15 of 2016). According to the CSGDB, people with special needs are permitted to arrive to work half an hour after the start of normal working hours and to leave half an hour before the end of official working hours.
