ameez has been in the legal profession since 2018, focusing on M&A and corporate advisory work. Prior to joining the Firm, Rameez was part of a top-tier law firm in Pakistan and later worked in the MENA corporate transactions team at a Big Four firm based in DIFC.
His practice with the firm focuses on corporate and commercial advisory work, including drafting share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, PPAs, IAs, and other project and transactional documents.
Rameez holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London (2018), completed the Bar Professional Training Course in 2020, and was called to the Bar at the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn the same year. He earned his LL.M. from BPP University, London in 2024. He is a licensed Advocate of the High Courts in Pakistan and a member of the Punjab Bar Council.
He is fluent in English and Urdu.
