Established in 1999 by Sultan Al-Abdulla, Sultan Al-Abdulla & Partners (“SAP”) is a full service law firm based in Qatar. We offer legal advice to the private sector, governmental and semi-governmental entities in core areas such as oil and gas, construction, dispute resolution, all aspects of corporate work, commercial property, employment, and banking and financial services.
