Shadw is a Legal Researcher at the Firm. She is part of the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Advisory team. Shadw works collaboratively with associates and partners on a variety of different matters across the Firm’s areas of practice.
Shadw joined the Firm in 2021. She holds an LLB from Qatar University. She began her career as part of the Firm’s disputes team, particularly in litigation, working on matters across the Firm’s practice areas. Her work included conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, statements of claim, and appeals. She has since continued her development within the Firm as a member of the Corporate and Commercial Advisory team.
She is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Shadw is fluent in Arabic, English and proficient in French.
